Terri L. Richards - Wedding Officiant was born out of a passion for uniting couples on their wedding day. I make one of the most important events in my clients’ lives as memorable and enjoyable as possible. Through strategic partnerships formed over the years, I have learned to be flexible and accommodating to each client’s unique needs and preferences.
